Duygu is a specialist in organisational psychology, supporting strategy activation and transformation processes with a strong focus on leadership dynamics, change management, and inclusive organisational development.

She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology at the University of Amsterdam, graduating cum laude, and specialised in Consultancy and Organisational Development. Her academic work explored narcissism in leadership and its impact on employees, as well as the role of digitalisation in change management. In addition, she completed an interdisciplinary Minor in Diversity, Equality & Inclusion across Lund University, the University of Birmingham, and the University of Amsterdam.

She gained practical experience at BOSCH, where she supported change initiatives within project management, particularly in the areas of leadership and digitalisation. Her international education and exposure to global work environments enable her to navigate intercultural collaboration with ease and to contribute to meaningful, sustainable transformation processes.
